“I really enjoy working out the small issues or kinks that come up in a project because I have a knack for creative problem solving. I approach these challenges as opportunities.”

Chelsea’s passion for architecture started when she was only 10 years old. As a kid, she loved building models out of deconstructed shoe boxes. She works within a team to deliver design and drawings – from producing conceptual imagery in the early days, to developing the detail design. Her niche is multi-unit residential and she has worked to define home for a broad spectrum of end users; from luxury condos in Peterborough, to micro-units in Scarborough, to purpose-built rentals in Aurora, and affordable housing units in Toronto. She loves navigating the unique and challenging parameters that come with each site and working closely with the client to achieve their vision.
