“I really enjoy working out the small issues or kinks that come up in a project because I have a knack for creative problem solving. I approach these challenges as opportunities.”

Chelsea’s passion for architecture started when she was only 10 years old. As a kid, she loved building models out of deconstructed shoe boxes. She works within a team to deliver design and drawings – from producing conceptual imagery in the early days, to developing the detail design. Since joining the firm, Chelsea has been motivated by fulfilling her clients’ and their community’s dreams and loves knowing her work can be enjoyed by many. Her favourite thing about BNKC is that, as a trusted team member, she’s able to participate in client meetings and coordinate with consultants at such an early stage of her career. Every day is a new learning opportunity with excellent exposure to the industry. Chelsea is a member of BNKC’s Fun Committee (yes, that’s a thing, and it’s great!).
