Two projects, currently under construction, have topped out this year. East City Condos in Peterborough is nearing completion, and Clockwork at Upper Joshua Creek in Oakville has reached full height in one of its two buildings.
EAST CITY: Rising to 9-storeys this residential condominium, with a GFA of approximately 175,000 sq ft and 93 units, has average units sizes of approximately 1,150 sq ft and share approximately 2,500 sq ft of outdoor amenity space.
CLOCKWORK: In the first of four phases, two mid-rise buildings will provide approx. 329 units ranging from studios to 2-bedrooms. The buildings’ gently articulated forms interlock and orient themselves toward the centre of the community, creating a network of active green spaces across a permeable raised terrace.
