Chris brings 11 years experience in the design and project management of diverse project types including retail, residential, commercial, institutional, office and recreational facilities. Solid track record of managing the delivery of several retail renovation projects from design through to project close-out. Successfully managing multiple construction-phase projects simultaneously for the 2015 Toronto Pan Am/Parapan Am Games. Adept in the design development of a variety of residential projects including mid-rise condominiums, wood-framed townhomes and single detached homes. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with all stakeholders through facilitation and coordination.
