BNKC completed the Master Plan of an 8.5 ha property in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, including a 40,000 sq ft Library & Cultural Centre.

The bright and spacious Library & Cultural Centre places a full-service library, town archives, community lecture / recital hall, and exhibition gallery around an airy, two-and-a-half- storey atrium. As a part of the proposed Civic Centre Master Plan, the library features maximum natural lighting, efficient circulation, and mechanical design that meets innovative LEED Gold Certification. Additional spaces include several Staff & Managerial Offices, Administration Offices, Staff Rooms, Storage Space, Boardrooms, Meeting Rooms, Event Venue, Support Spaces, Quiet Study Rooms, Gathering Spaces adjacent to the Atrium, and Numerous Workstations.

The building achieved LEED Gold Status while meeting an aggressive project schedule. BNKC was also responsible for full Interior Design Services including furniture and equipment selection and layout.
