Intern Architect

Intern Architect, BNKC Architects Inc.

The Firm

For 55+ years, BNKC has played a pivotal role in architecture and urban design; developing strategies and design solutions that support sustainable and memorable places to live, learn, and grow.

At BNKC, our teams work across institutional, mixed-use multi-residential, educational, commercial, and industrial projects, supporting clients from the earliest feasibility and concept stages through master planning, municipal approvals, detailed construction documents, and contract administration. We value curiosity and continuous learning, and actively explore emerging technologies, digital tools, and new ways of working to improve how we design and deliver projects. Our studio culture is collaborative, open, and hands-on. You’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, grow your skills, and take ownership of meaningful work from day one.

We focus on a broad range of public and private projects across many typologies, sectors, and scales. We’ve found that blurring boundaries leads to better ideas and stronger design. Our studio is intentionally non-siloed, so people have the opportunity to contribute to a wide mix of projects, learn from different teams, and grow through hands-on experience across building types, scales, and phases.

We believe good design is fundamental to social, economic, and environmental well-being. That belief shapes not only our projects, but our studio culture: open, supportive, and driven by people who care deeply about the work and the communities it serves.
