Vanness began her professional career in 1997 and joined BNKC in 2014. She's our superhero - doing the work of many in order to look after our accounts and our people. In addition to overseeing our finances and human resource needs, Vanness keeps us running smoothly by championing our operational processes. This includes the efficient oversight of our company benefits programs, insurance coverage, project efficiency reporting, and ensuring our staff and vendors get paid! It's not an easy job, but Vanness truly enjoys the positive connections she's able to make within the BNKC community.
